Campan Marble Cup, Early 19th Century And 31 Recent Carrara Marble Fruits

Exceptional important and rare bowl in very beautiful , Jasped/banded Campan marble such as that of the great Trianon of Versailles, in excellent condition, in two parts, the base under the bowl being screwed together the top (accommodating the fruits) and the well-structured sculpted pedestal.
Deep flared bowl 12 cm high in which, by raising them, are placed 31 beautiful fruits in Carrara marble sculpted and colored identically to reality, to be mistaken.
These fruits are all recent, of different sizes, in very good condition.
The interior in its depth only is grayed by use.
