Cartel and its Cul De Lampe Napoleon III. Charming Cartel and its 19th century lamp base, Louis XV and its Napoleon III varnish style painting. Brass and bronze, the movement is the original with two bells and four hammers, hours, half, quarter and repeater. A winding cord. Entirely original cartel, rather rare in this state of conservation! Wire movement, to be restored requires cleaning by a watchmaker, sold in its "juice".... The cartel works perfectly.
