Magnificent Empire style Solid Silver Salad Servers, presented in their original fitted box. Complete service of 2 pieces, finely decorated with laurel leaf borders, laurel wreaths suspended from a ribbon bow, florets, and spectacular eagles with outstretched wings on both sides of the handles. Ends are in Vermeil  (Gold on Silver) adorned with chased florets and foliage motifs. Beautifully crafted from the highest quality silver, each piece is punched with the Minerva 1st Standard hallmark (.950) and mark of Master Goldsmith Louis COIGNET (hallmark with the initials "LC" and a carving set). These magnificent Salad Servers are in very good condition, complete and presented in their original box, with just micro-scratches from use. Absolutely beautiful...
