Sienese Bench From The 16th Century Still In Its First Patina. 190cm
The frame of this bench is still delightfully 16th century, the legs are in fact executed with a dense interplay of twists which follow one another and come together in a long cruise. The top has the shape of an owl that rests on 3 architectural pillars and the backrest that develops in height and is characterized by a thin rectangular frame with a double order of carving.
They were probably made to furnish an important palace or convent between Tuscany and Umbria, they retain a splendid patina of the time.
The length of the bench is 190 cm, the back is 130 cm, the depth of the seat is about 38 cm.
The cost of the restaurant is not included and has no value in the sale.
We attach to the sale a historical certificate of authenticity guarantee.
