Opal Brooch Diamonds Black Enamel

Antique round brooch decorated in the center with a round cabochon opal surrounded by old cut diamonds set on black enameled geometric decorations. The frame is openwork. The clasp is a pin with safety hook.

Weight of the opal: approximately 10.40 carats.
Proportions: Diameter: approximately 20.8 mm, thickness: approximately 8.9 mm.
Net weight: approximately 5.6g.
Authentic old jewel - Work from the 1930s. Slightly frosted opal. Some missing enamel, very barely visible.
Our opinion: A rounded, easy-to-wear diamond opal brooch. The opal was cut in different layers giving it different play of colors.
