Signed lower left Coll-toc, pseudonym which designates the duo of caricaturists Alexandre Collignon and Georges Tocqueville whose drawings appear on the cover of the magazine Les hommes d'heure from 1882. Little by little Collignon works alone but keeps the pseudonym until his death in 1891.
