Of 18th Century Swiss Flueli Painted Bottle

The Rhine has its source in Graubünden in Switzerland, then stretches into what we call the Rhinelands. This is just to show you the place of birth of these superb so-called Flüeli glass bottle. I keep my cat out of the office so that this over 200 year old bottle remains intact. Octagonal bottle, in blown glass, with a well-marked pontil, polychrome enamelled with flowers and interlacing in perfect condition.... Note that the emery glass stopper is later. Only the bottle on the left side of the picture is still available.
