Royal Eagle, Embroidery On Silk From 1807, Signed, Beautiful Period Frame

Beautiful embroidery from silk and chenille threads, a volume embroidery, with relief effect, meticulously organized on a background stretched on raw raw silk. Detailed photos will prove to you that embroiderer was both an expert in handling colors and in ornithology. Eagle represented here, which resembles a Golden eagle, is perhaps a Borelli's eagle, white neck and white spot on base of beak.
In any case, it is a beautiful work, dated 1807, and signed by the embroiderer, whom we thank 2 centuries later.
Original frame, mahogany and engraved boxwood spandrels, (one seems to have been retouched).

Good condition, silk, originally hardly tight on its wooden background, is less tight now, but no breakage or signs of tearing.
