Large Porcelain Gin Bottle With Imari Decor - China XVIII Kangxi Period
A large quadrangular porcelain gin bottle, the sides decorated in the Imari palette with flowers varying on the different sides including prunus, and various. The neck is fitted with a bell-shaped silver-plated metal cap.
China 18th century
Kangxi period (1661-1722)
Height (with stopper): 28.5cm
Length from side to base: 10.5cm
The stopper is sealed to the neck of the bottle (the condition under the mounting is therefore not guaranteed), a crack on one of the sides (see photos) going up to one shoulder, another small crack at the base on one of the sides.
A few light scratches.
