Lion - Candlestick, Earthenware, Saint-clément - Keller & Guérin, End Of The 19th Century.
Magnificent earthenware lion figure which can also be used as a candle holder. The lion with its proud gait is made of hand-painted earthenware. At the foot is the Nancy coat of arms with its motto "Non Inultus Premor".

Over time, it has produced objects of varied styles and shapes: services, vases, figurines, candlesticks, etc. In 1892, the Saint-Clément factory was bought by the Keller & Guérin company, which also had a second earthenware factory in Lunéville, not far from there. It exist until 2022.
