Still Life With Tuscan Lemons And Oranges
According to Bartolomeo BIMBI "Citri et Aurea" this large painted canvas, 1 meter high by 1 meter 60 wide, represents bouquets of lemons and oranges. We see figures in the upper corners on each side. Very nice color rendition. Decorative work from the 20th century. This Florentine painter created large canvases representing collections of citrus fruits in 1715, to decorate the Villa Medici. The table presented is inspired by it.
