Basque Figurative Painting 1940/60

Painting representing a charming Basque landscape, the farms represented in the center are typical of the region, all imprinted with shimmering colors and perpendicular to a mountain with raw and colorful cliffs in the supposed surroundings of GRAZI - BALGORRI.
Having been unable to obtain any information on this oil painting on hardboard, I carried out a random search based on the style and the Signature and gives you without any certainty the leads found to verify or confirm. and if sometimes while reading these few lines, you have concordant or contradictory information, I am interested and thank you in advance

Perhaps Doctor Pierre LHOSMOT Who died in 2008 “Humanist and Committed”. a tribute was paid to him by the famous Basque painter IRKUS ROBLES who donated a portrait of the Doctor to the LURO Foundation. I deduce from this that he was perhaps passionate about Art and an occasional painter, without certainly having had an exhibition or sale in a gallery, therefore no rating or accredited biography, which will not detract from his work. .

1st) - By Carriers: DHL, Colissino, Post...
(The packages are always packaged by me and entrusted to the carrier (+ or -) 3/4 working days after payment into my account. Any customs duties requested by the customer's country are due by the buyer and are therefore calculated and already included in the transport price).
