PICHON workshops. Advertising project most likely for powdered milk. Large and very beautiful original gouache on cardboard laminated on thick cardboard. Drawing dimensions: approximately 420 x 313 mm - Support dimensions: 450 x 340 mm. Condition: Very good condition. Gouache of great finesse of execution, protected by a folding tracing paper. This gouache comes from the R. PICHON Drawing & Lithography Workshops, 10 rue Rochechouart - Paris. No signature. The Ateliers R. Pichon were specialized in graphics, very often for advertising purposes, their period of activity is between approximately 1910 and 1940 depending on what we were able to find in terms of printed work. They worked a lot for the Caractère magazine and mainly for the special Christmas issues.
