Allegorical panel decorated with loves, 16th century Carved oak panel from the Renaissance period The allegory is very telling: the figure at the bottom of the panel with its basket of fruit illustrates abundance and the two loves with their arms outstretched towards each other the other illustrates concord; all this, to say that harmony produces abundance. This allegory can be linked to the allegory of the effects of good government (Siena, Palazzo Publico, Ambrogio Lorenzetti). Good condition for this panel, undoubtedly from woodwork.
