Potpourri From The Louis XV Period
A red lacquered turned wood potpourri. It rests on a rocaille base in very finely chiseled and mercury-gilded bronze. The base made up of three feet, the rim and the lid are decorated with flowers in Meissen porcelain from the 18th century.
