Pretty pair of finely chiseled "King Charles with Ribbons" sculptures in gilded bronze representing a poodle on an oval base in white Carrara marble enhanced with a beaded frieze and bronze chains. Louis XVI period, late 18th century. Very beautiful original mercury gilding. Unsigned. Charming object in very good state of conservation. Dimensions: Width 11.5 cm Depth: 7 cm Height: 9 cm.
