Pair Of Chinese Patinated Bronze Vases, 19th Century

Beautiful pair of bronze vases with a bronze patina. Baluster in shape, with a flared neck, they have a tripod base in the shape of stylized elephant heads, resting on a cylindrical base with projection. The sockets are in the shape of stylized dragons and frame a flowery decoration on the necks. Pretty decorations of birds in flowering branches on the bellies. The assembly of the vases was done so that the decorations could match each other and were not identical. 19th century work, originally from China. Diameter at the base: 16.5 cm; diameter at the neck: 12.4 cm
