Charles X Mirror In Crystal And Gilt Bronze And Music Box
Mirror in gilded and chiseled bronze with inlay of turquoise pearls. The mirror is composed of a cylindrical base in “diamond point” cut crystal and radiant. On this base, a chiseled gilt bronze cherub carries a circular mirror set in a gilt bronze frame chiseled with palmettes and decorated with small turquoise pearls. In the base of the gilded bronze mirror there is a musical movement that can be activated and is in working order. Charles X period. Circa 1820.
