Uti, Utinam,tank Watch In 18ct Gold & Diamonds, Beautiful Singular Model, Circa 1940, In Good Condition

Very fine gold ladies' wristwatch, Tank model, circa 1940; the case set with two diamonds (old-cut brilliants).
 * The face is unmarked; glass is mineral *
Gross weight: 22.45 g / Approx. 11 g 18 ct gold
A truly singular model that we have been able to identify as being from the Utinam (Uti) watchmaking brand.
Our watch seems to have been created by the brand after the Second World War.
This was the richest and most "luxurious" period of UTI production: luxurious ladies' watches, clocks, bedside or travel alarm clocks; and a period of collaboration with major jewelry brands; Cartier, Blancpain, Breitling, etc.
The overall aesthetic condition of this watch is very satisfactory, the two diamonds are clean (Diameter: approx. 2.3mm).
The beautiful, high-quality, highly secure clasp with pawl is also in 18ct gold.
All components are eagle-head hallmarked; the goldsmith's hallmark is present inside the case (we were unable to identify it).
The stitched leather strap is beautiful and in excellent condition.
Please note: you'll see on the last photo that the movement is very clean, the hour setting works, the balance wheel and its spring are in perfect condition (a small turn of the wrist easily launches it). But it doesn't wind, the screw that holds the winding stem in place only needs to be loosened, as it is intact and turns in a "vacuum".
* I think it only needs a minor overhaul, as nothing looks damaged *
