Painter of genre scenes, nudes, portraits and seascapes
Born in L'isle-Jourdain, he began at the Toulouse School of Fine Arts in 1884.

He was a student of Jean Paul Laurens from whom he was inspired in his first period. Then his touch is released in his Southern landscapes where a style close to Henri Martin imposes itself with its post-impressionist touch.

His paintings have the dazzling brilliance of oriental light and bright, fresh colors.
Rewarded throughout his career with medals 1887- 1st medal in Toulouse 1894 - Gold medal Salon Toulouse 1904- Gold medal Lyon 1907- Vermeil medal in Valence 1908- Silver medal Montpellier And many others … Exhibited at the Salon of French Artists in Paris from 1888 to 1910.
