"Large Vase With Handles, Bronze, Japan, Meiji Period, 19th Century."

Large Japanese vase in patinated bronze. It has an openwork decoration on the handles and spout. The top of the vase is decorated with a striking relief of plant tendrils and blooming flowers. Made in the style of the works of the artist Murata Seimin (1761-1837).

Japan, Meiji era, 19th century.

Height 45.5 cm, diameter 25 cm.
