Very beautiful wrought iron compass from the 18th century, with square diamond rivet head, with fall in the shape of a stylized fleur-de-lys, similar work on the other side of the compass. Departure from points in the shape of sea monster heads, with moving bodies forming an openwork decoration, an ace of spades. Length 73cm. Good overall condition, wear consistent with age and use.
