Rare Baguier Basket In Yellow Opaline, Charles X Period

Rare ring sizer in opal crystal. It is yellow in color, the edges are hemmed with emerald green and linen blue. It has a gilt bronze handle, chiseled and stamped depicting two coiled snakes. The ties are finely decorated with pansies and suns. Mercury gilding The yellow color was developed by the Le Creusot crystal works, around 1807 by Jacques Chapet.
