Imposing pair of painted and gilded metal lamps decorated with stylized palm leaves (palmettes), manufacture of the STIFFEL USA house (founded in 1932 in Chicago, by Ted Stiffel).
They both carry a STIFFEL label on the original sockets.
These lamps are old around 1950.

They are sold in their juices, in good general condition, no lack, no shock, no deformation, wear and tear especially towards the base of the bases, the electrification is good, note that the sockets have to be replaced.
