Impressive pair of gilt wood paneling elements from the 18th century.
Coming from a huge altarpiece, they are sculpted in high relief with arabesques and floral motifs and have retained their original gilding.
good general condition, some lack of wood and gilding but both very homogeneous.
the gilding is applied to a red from Armenia and a white from meudon on large sculpted fir elements. very nice decoration.
they form a decorative element Ideal for framing a door, forming a canopy etc...
