Montpellier 1760, Marc Bazille, Sterling Silver, Tripod Coffee Pot
Extremely rare Louis XV period tripod jug in sterling silver. It is struck with the hallmarks of the city of Montpellier for the year 1760 and the hallmark of master silversmith Marc Bazille. It is very solid and in perfect condition. The Languedoc Museum of Montpellier has a coffee pot of the same model by thé same silversmith. It weighs 345 grams.
