Frank-will Watercolor
We present this watercolor on paper, signed Frank WILL and representing the Place de la Concorde in Paris. Frank WILL BOGGS of his real name, he was born in 1900 and died in 1950. He is known and recognized as a French painter and watercolourist, he was born in Nanterre from a father himself already an illustrious painter, born in Springfield (Ohio - USA) and a Basque mother. Our watercolor must have been created in the years between 1930/1940 in view of the cars represented. It is in good condition, but has some foxing in the sky which does not affect the quality of the work, in the center a slight crease, I looked with a magnifying glass there is no tear. (E23)
