Delicately respecting all the characteristics of the Louis XVI style, this urn-shaped inkwell decorated with neoclassical motifs rests on a very sober marble base. The whole exudes a very French elegance and a modern simplicity. This inkwell was produced jointly by the Susse Frères foundry and Jean-Pierre Rambaud (1852 - 1893).
