Old and rare blackened coin cabinet from Tuscany. The piece of furniture is equipped with old bronze handles representing various anthropomorphic figures such as heads of fauns and cherubs. The front has high quality engravings on the central door, on the drawers and on the bone or ivory frames. In the center of the door, a beautiful female figure, probably an allegory of fortune, was made by a good engraver given the quality it shows. The eight small drawers are also of good quality in the engravings and represent scenes of daily life in landscapes animated by characters.Each drawer has small original bronze handles, which have been gilded.
The dimensions of this rare and splendid coin cabinet are: 56cm long, 30cm deep, 41cm high
The state of conservation is excellent, only a small fragment of veneer is missing.
