18th Century Walnut Wardrobe With Gendarme Hat
Very important 18th century curved wardrobe in walnut. Large front drawer surmounted by doors with large lace-up cards. It opens with two doors with a molded frame finely worked in high relief with a floral motif and acanthus leaves. The constable's hat cornice is mainly decorated with a sculpture representing a shell. The sides are molded panels and it rests at the front on ball feet. The sculptures are remarkable.
