"Adrien Mathiss: Beautiful Suite Of Three Alcohol Decanters In Glass And Solid Silver, St. Louis XV"
Beautiful set of three liqueur decanters in glass and solid silver.

The body of the decanters is ovoid in shape with a flat bottom, wheel-cut with lines and channels.
The silver frame and the stopper are united with a Louis XVI style laurel leaf torus.

The silver parts are hallmarked:
. Minerve 1st title before 1973 for silver 950/°°
. Goldsmith's hallmark difficult to read. May be AM and two intertwined pipes for Adrien Mathiss active from 1911 to 1934.

Rare suite of sober and elegant decanters.



23 cm high with the cap

Between 400 and 465 grams each

Total weight: 1272 grams


Very good state. A few scratches and minor bumps from use. The inside of the neck of one of the decanters is cracked, with no gaps, no play and no impact on the seal.
