Exceptional Enamelled Ceramic Planter Théodore Deck 1880
Exceptional quadrangular planter in enamelled ceramic decorated with birds, butterflies and flowers by Théodore Deck.
Period 1880 - 1890. It rests on a gilt bronze base with four feet forming claws. Note the inclusions of gold leaf on the flowers and butterflies. It is signed "TH DECK" below.
Height : 22 cm. Width : 29 cm. Very good condition. No cracks, no chips. Wonderful work and great colors !
