18th century oil on canvas painting representing a landscape with a horseman in the south of France or Italy. Very interesting painting of a castle tower with a very elegant horseman halting in front of it in a very dynamic attitude. Very beautiful colors, especially for the bright sky at the end of the day, which give this period painting a very special charm.
