Beautiful Consulate period console in mahogany and blackened wood. Amounts in girdles with Egyptian busts, glass bottom, on plinth. Ornamentation of gilt bronze: winged lions, Medusa mask, palmettes, falls of flowering foliage. Sainte-Anne gray marble top. French polish. Around 1805.
