Pair Of Bookends - Art Deco
Pair of solid wood bookends decorated with rabbits. The subjects are in ebony, they rest on a bevelled palm base, one of which bears a signature at the base ''Imré''. The eyes are in black glass, very good general condition. These beautiful bookends are reminiscent of the creations of Édouard-Marcel Sandoz from the same Art-deco period, around 1925-1930.
