Octagonal barrel, engraved at the mouth, with half-moon front sight, engraved on the left side : 
o Cogswell & Harrison
o 223,224 Strand London
With double punching on the left side.
Bati engraved with a double border around the rim and marked on the left side W. TRANTER'Patent with his serial number 3071 and the number 4.
Barrel with five chambers, all punched. Single and double action.
White polished hammer and trigger guard. Swivel ramrod on the right side.
Finely checkered walnut stock.

Very good condition. Perfect action; mirrored barrel and chambers. Blue at 45%.
