Victorian Irish George II Style Desk Chair In Solid Mahogany
George II style solid mahogany chair of Irish origin and Victorian period (19th century). Interlaced backrest, saber rear base and front legs ending in eagle claws enclosing a sphere. Same provenance as the desk presented in another sale with which it was associated. Very good seat with tapestry upholstery in the original petit point. Light use on the tapestry.
