Perpetual calendar in painted cardboard and straw marquetry with architectural decoration on a black background of pilasters surmounted by antique vases, flowered vase, garlands and friezes of laurels, indication of the days of the weeks, dates and years, bearing the inscription "The C which is with the vintage indicates a common year therefore the month of February has only 28 days, the B indicates a leap year therefore the month of February has 29 days" Signed "'Sicart fecit" in the mechanism. On the back, inscription "Maison Cauvin & fils" France at the beginning of the 19th century. Condition: some small wear due to time Dimensions: 27 x 21 cm.
