"Charles-Philippe of France, Count of Artois (brother of Louis XVI and future Charles X), the Count of Provence (younger brother of Louis XVI and future Louis XVIII) and Louis V Joseph de Bourbon-Condé, Prince of Condé."
Above the three busts the inscription "THEY WILL COME BACK"
