Hunting Carved Wood Twentieth Decor Polychrome Medieval Characters
This panel was carved in the mass probably of the oak. It is a 20th century achievement representing a hunt, you can see medieval characters with spears and pikes killing what appears to be a unicorn, dogs also biting the animal. It is a cover of a subject probably from the Renaissance, a very pretty polychromy, note the slits of friction, a work carried out before the Second World War.
