"Georges Bru Artist Proof X/xvi Signed Original Lithograph Circa 1970"
This lithograph by Georges Bru, entitled "Extraordinary female characters", is an artist's work numbered X/XVI. It dates from the 1970s and presents with a semi-fantastic and surreal character two female characters with cave-like morphologies. Draftsman and portrait painter, Georges bru (1933-...) presents here a color lithograph in the vein of his language, which has been widely represented and admired in galleries for several decades now. Note some traces of yellowing in the margin.
