Renaissance Style Carved Walnut Center Table
Exceptional richly carved walnut center table in Renaissance style. It rests on 4 feet representing the biblical legend of Samson and the Lion. "Samson victoriously fights a lion. He straddles it and immobilizes it with his left leg, while he opens his mouth, until the animal is torn in two." This table has 2 drawers on the same side and is in very good condition. French work very very well done.
