Art Deco Child's Heating Plate
Children's plate decorated with children's drawings, probably made by a transfer process. The plate has an inner tank that is filled with hot water through the hole blocked by the dog's head in volume. The plate and its contents are thus maintained at a tasting temperature for longer.
