Originally from Corsica, Madrigali was initially trained by Paul Saïn, then arrived in Algiers around 1919. Employed in the port concession, he continued his apprenticeship with local painters. He will excel in maritime landscapes, where his deep sensitivity can be read in his palette and the light. Circa 1930, in the sensitivity and palette of Eugène Deshayes.
