"Empire Clock "
Empire clock, around 1815-1820, in finely chiseled bronze, gilded with mercury, matte gold and burnished gold. The movement with a guilloché dial inscribed in a terminal, surmounted by a library on which sits a bust of Homer Allegory of the study of letters and geography. Wire movement, complete and in good condition, to be serviced.
