Exceptional Louis XIII Mirror
Magnificent "LOUIS XIII" Style Mirror From The Napoleon III Period. At the ends there is a large baguette carved in the mass decorated with reeds and other natural foliage with in each of the angles very beautiful and important winged angel heads in gilded bronze. Rectangular in shape, it is made up of beveled glazing beads on both sides. The middle frame is made up of two so-called "Berain" rods, with in its center a large brass frieze decorated with garlands and pearls, with in each of the angles again spandrels decorated with heads of angels chubby-faced wings in gilt bronze. Completely original. Rare model and in perfect condition.
