Breitling Gold Coin Watch In A 1904 $20 Liberty

Beautiful and rare small Breitling gold coin watch. It is set in a solid gold 1904 $20 Liberty coin. The piece is mounted as a pendant. A discreet little push button located at 3 o'clock opens the face of the piece and reveals an articulated Breitling gold watch in the rest of the hollowed out coin. Work probably dating from the 1950s. 18K - 0.750 and Helvétia hallmarks on the back of the watch. Hand-wound watch, original Breitling movement. In working condition, may need a service according to the watchmaker, but no rust and the movement started again immediately after reassembly. Gross weight: 31.35 grams. Coin diameter: 34mm. Diameter of the watch: 23 mm.
