Kilij - Pala à Kabza in ivory, Ottoman Empire, late 18th century, 1735 ( 1135 Hejri ). Kabza in ivory, set with steel rivets. Aging cracks on the pommel. Guard (balçak) in traditional cruciform brass, quillon ending in olive. Curved 1-edged blade in yalman steel, "T" shaped dorsal column known as "PALA", nielloed with inscriptions in a cartouche in the third and a star with crescent moon. Blade arrow: 6 cm. Brass scabbard hammered on wood with two suspension rings and wide opening on the back facilitating the passage of the blade, see photos. Kilij sold with a CITES (for the ivory of the pommel) dated June 2, 2022.
