Netherlands, early 18th century 
Silver, ray skin, wood and steel 
Knife size : Length : 17,5 ; L. : 2 ; Thickness : 1,2 cm 
Size of case : Length : 15 ; L. : 2 cm 


Travelling knife in silver, punched five times, with a pommel decorated with a dog in the round and the sides animated with two divinities dressed in drapery, topped by two birds. 
The straight blade is made of single-edged steel and marked. 
Wooden case covered with stingray, silver cap and bolt punched, cut and engraved with foliage and flower buds.
