"Toilet Box, Tea, Goblet, Silver, Paris, XVIIIth"
Toilet or tea box, which fits into a plain silver goblet, the edge underlined with nets, Paris 1773-1774. The box is the work of Jean Louis Outrebon received master goldsmith on July 15, 1772, the goblet by Pierre Nicolas Navel received February 8, 1772. Weight of the box 121g, weight of the goblet 89g, 210g in all. Condition, good, scratches from use. I think it is the collaboration of these two goldsmiths for the realization of a travel case of which these two elements remain. The box fits perfectly in the cup.
